This article analyzes the characteristics of central state organ and the operation of organization in North Korea. Especially This article analyzes on focusing the democratic centralism and the dictatorship of the proletariat according to the methodology of comparing socialism. The first chapter is to see the before article and scientific research. The second chapter is to analyze the theories and histories on the democratic centralism and the dictatorship of the proletariat. The third chapter is to analyze The characteristics of central state organ in 20c socialism state. The first section is to research comparing with Soviet and China.
