Abstract

The article consists of five sections. The first section clarifies research questions, the purpose of study and methodology abouth e origin analysis of Selleoung-tang culture. The regions of Selleoungtang food culture is Yeke Mongghol Ulus(Mongolia) food culture in 13 century. The contents of culture acculturation was seen Incheon, Gaesung & Hanyang(Seoul) food culture. The second section deals with methods of study, literature review, previous research and theoretical background of the origin analysis of Selleoung-tang culture. The comparative variables of a characteristic of food culture are culture acculturation. Those are culture acculturation & adaptation of food culture. This paper analysed effects among food material, recipe and food manners, also. The third section presents identity analysis about origin analysis of Selleoung-tang culture. The forth section suggests direction for fostering origin analysis of Selleoungtang culture. The last concluded the paper. There were some suggestions & expectation effect of the study, and proposed the meaning of the study, limitations, further studies. The findings give us suggestions that it is useful to publicize the origin analysis of Selleoung-tang culture, so forth.
